Marco's Car Wash & Lube

Awful cleaning job. The cleaner not only did a poor job, but also took all the coins I had in my center console, which I didn’t notice until later. I watched him clean the car, and he mostly just sprayed and wiped things down while leaving a significant amount of trash behind. I will say, it was almost 100 degrees outside that day, so I do have some sympathy for how difficult it must have been to work in that heat. However, I still tipped him $8, even though the service absolutely did not deserve it. When I handed him the tip, he just stared at me as if it wasn’t enough, which was honestly frustrating considering the quality of the job. The people inside and the person who took my car were amazing, but the actual cleaner was extremely disappointing.

First time here, pull in the right side of the building, pull up the Enter sign, tell the guys what wash number you want, (I got #1) walk through the hallway go to the front with the paper given to you in the back and pay, once they are done with your cat tip them! They are working out in this heat! Great customer service even better car wash! I will be back.

LOVE THIS PLACE !!!! This is the only car wash I come to. They always take good care of me I drive about 35 minutes whenever I need to get my car cleaned. They do a great job inside and outside wiping down all areas. Not a detailing place but my car always looks spotless like it has been detailed. The prices are great considering the amount of work and time they put into.

Marcos's crushes it every time. Our RAV4 always looks like new after getting it cleaned up at Marco's!

DO NOT WASH YOUR CAR HERE UNLESS YOU WANT SCRATCHES!! This car wash ruined my paint on my new car. As you can see in the picture there are scratches all over the entire body! The owner claimed that “black paint naturally looks like that in the sun” but I have hand washed and dried my car before as you see in the before picture and it never looked like this. Grazzi the owner did not want to take responsibility whatsoever and was very rude. This is going to cost me close to $1000 to polish and get rid of scratches. (Reply) Owner showed me other black vehicles including a bmw that had the same marks after the wash, saying that it was “normal”. I did not demand anything, I have nothing against the owner I’m just sharing my experience so others can know and take caution. God bless
